Return and Refund Policy


  1. Duration: Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of your purchase. If this period has elapsed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  2. Eligibility: To qualify for a return:
    • The item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
    • If any items are missing from your order, you must provide an unboxing or unpacking video to our customer support team.
  3. Products Specification:
    • Items must be returned to us undamaged and in their original packaging within the 15-day period.


  1. Inspection and Notification: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you to confirm its receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
  2. Processing:
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 2-4 business days.
    • For COD orders, we will either issue a cheque or process an IMPS transfer, based on your preference.

Late or Missing Refunds:

    • First, check your bank account.
    • Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as there might be a processing delay.

    • Orders for which dispatch details and tracking codes have been shared cannot be cancelled.

Sale Items:

  1. Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Regrettably, sale items cannot be refunded.


  1. We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange a product for an identical item, please email us at and send the item to our designated return address.


  1. If you received an item marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you would get a gift credit for the value of the return. Upon receiving the returned gift item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
